CIASA Player Registration

We will be using GotSport moving forward as part of rejoining Indiana Soccer. This is the same system we used in 2022 so many players will already have a GotSport account. If you don't have a GotSport account, you can quickly create a new account during registration.

Important Notes: 

• Photos: Players are required to upload their headshot photo if there isn't already one in GotSport. Head and shoulders only with no hats or sunglasses. Referees will use these photos to verify player eligibility.
  
• Emergency Info: Players are required to update their emergency contact info. Name, phone number, allergies and medical conditions are the only required fields.
  
• Age Verification: O40 Division players must be born on or before 12/31/1984. Players that are new to the O40 division will need to upload a photo of an age verification document (license or passport). If you were already verified last year or in a prior year, you do not need to upload a document.
• Credit Card Charges: Players will see two charges on their credit card, one from "CIASA" and one from "GotSoccer" for $4 which is a software fee. 
• Registration Problems: Use the Contact Us form to report registration issues.
