Embrace the spirit of competition while abiding by CIASA principles and policies.
Practice fair play, sportsmanship and respect for the game of soccer.
Show respect to officials and abide by their decisions.
Demonstrate mutual respect towards teammates, opponents and spectators.
Nurture an environment free of confrontation and retaliation.
Uphold ethical values that transcends discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, ethnicity, belief, or gender.
Refrain from the use of physical force, verbal abuse, and other acts that can incite harm or violence.
Promote soccer within the community and be an ambassador to the game through positive actions.
Team Manager Code of Conduct (in addition to the above)
Be true leaders and mentors to your players. Lead by example.
Ensure your players are properly rostered, dressed and ready to play at the game's scheduled start time.
After each game thank the referees as well as your opponents and ask your players to do the same.
Team managers must ensure an ejected player on your team promptly leaves the playing area and its immediate surrounding vicinity (stands, benches, etc.) to help avoid any further conflicts.
